1What is the process of selling my house with Reliant?

It’s pretty simple:

(1) We have a phone conversation with you to get some details about your house.

(2) We do a walkthrough to evaluate the property, and give you our best offer within 24 hours.

(3) If you decide to accept our offer, we finalize the documents with a closing attorney, and then you get paid! 

2How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

Our goal is to get you the best offer we can. First we work with our contractors to estimate the cost of any cleanup or repairs that will be needed, and evaluate the overall state of the property. We also take into consideration other factors like location and the values of comparable houses nearby. Based on all this information, we guarantee our offer to you will be methodical and fair. 

3What does it mean when you say you’ll buy my house “as-is”?

Selling a distressed house can be very difficult - buyers don’t usually want a fixer-upper. We’ll buy your house exactly the way it is, so you don’t have to worry about doing costly repairs, replacing appliances, painting, or even cleaning out junk!
